Day 16: A Script Based off A Classic Favourite

Today's effort, admittedly is an extreme-weak tea effort on my part. What with working from home with limited time, to now dealing with a weird eye issue on top of it, I couldn't muster strength to sit I front of a screen any more than necessary. However, I had to offer something - more to not disappoint myself than the dozen or so followers of this blog.
I can't say much about today's effort without giving away the end - if it even is an end. You see todays script is less of a completed piece and more of taster, or extract of a much a larger idea. A concept I developed with a friend during my undergrad. We were both keen on this particular classic and found a really interesting, modern way in to it.
None of that is contained within, as it's something I would still like to pursue one day, but I think the spirit is there, and you'll get what we were going for - at least as a jumping off point.
So, without further adieu, I'll leave you with todays disappointing slice of screenplay fodder - although I did offer a 60 page pilot yesterday, so, you know, swings and roundabouts an' all that.
