DAY 3: A Script Based Around Summertime
Alright, Script Enthusiasts!
Today's script is a little nugget pulled from a very recent experience I had over the past weekend when we had all that lovely weather - before it was torn asunder by a cooling downpour of unwanted hydro-drops.
Not much back story to this, as it's nice and simple. I was out enjoying the sun, and happened to notice a slightly odd fellow - as you'll see by the description of Jerry - who seemed to be basking in...well, the shade.
I was curious. Perhaps the man had a genuine sun allergy? Or sensitive skin or eyes? All perfectly fine of course. But what tickled my imagination engine was the fact that he seemed to sit completely still, unmoving, like a statue. No book, no music, no activity to pass the time of any kind. Just a motionless man with hands deep in his hoody pocket.
It prompted this script. So to the Mystery Shade Man, thank you. Because without you, I would have had no idea what to write.
